QA Game Tester

Description:
We are currently recruiting Quality Assurance Game Testers.  If you are creative and have good ideas about the future of gaming, then we have a great opportunity for you! If you have a passion for games, attention to detail, good logic and writing skills you have what it takes to become an excellent Quality Assurance Game Tester. 

Requirements:

  • The ability and patience to conduct detailed tests
  • Bachelors degree and/or related experience would be preferred
  • A sharp eye for detail and the capacity to stay focused on designated tasks.
  • Must possess analytical problem solving/troubleshooting skills, including experimentation using available information to try to narrow down the possibilities of a defect and determine a solution.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctuality and strong work ethic is required.
  • Able to cope with flexible and sometimes demanding work hours.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.

 

Hardware installation technician

Description:
As an install technician you will be travelling across the world to do these set ups for our automated gaming tables. You must posses a valid passport and be willing to travel at least 80% of the time. A knowledge of computer hardware is an asset as is a familiarity with windows and SQL server. Some lifting is involved.

 

Sales Support

Description:
As a member of the Sales Support Team, the candidate will assist in all aspects of pre-sales, sales, and post-sales Activities. This role also includes marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all correspondence and organising telephone contact between the sales executives and their customers.
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Keeping records of visits and sales
  • Taking,progressing and monitoring orders
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Drawing up tender documents or Contracts
  • Assist with marketing activities including trade show preparation,develop marketing literature & web page content and perform market research

Requirements: 

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, solution-oriented and customer-focused individual
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (80% English and 20%French) other languages are a plus.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proven time-management, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Post-secondary education in marketing preferred but not necessary, must have at least two years experience in that position
  • Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
