David Baazov

Mr. Baazov is a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Amaya since 2006. Mr. Baazov began his career during the height of the dot-com era, starting a business marketing and selling consumer electronics and personal computers. Mr. Baazov saw tremendous potential in the gaming industry, particularly when it came to poker and even more so in the p2p gaming market, envisioning it as the future of the gaming industry. Since joining Amaya, Mr. Baazov grew the company to a commercial enterprise of nearly 30 employees with revenues exceeding $5.9 million with a multi-national client base.


Wesley Clark Sr., KBE

Wesley K. Clark is a businessman, educator, writer and commentator. General Clark serves as Chairman and CEO of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, LLC, a strategic consulting firm; Chairman of investment bank Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group Inc.; Co-Chairman of Growth Energy; senior fellow at UCLA's Burkle Center for International Relations; Chairman, Solar Energy Squared, LLC; Director of International Crisis Group; Chairman of City Year Little Rock; as well as numerous corporate boards. General Clark has authored three books and serves as a member of the Clinton Global Initiative's Energy & Climate Change Advisory Board, and ACORE's Advisory Board. General Clark retired as four star general after 38 years in the United States Army. He graduated first in his class at West Point and completed degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University (B.A. and M.A.) as a Rhodes Scholar. He commanded at the battalion, brigade and division level, and served in a number of significant staff positions, including service as the Director Strategic Plans and Policy (J-5). In his last assignment, he was Supreme Allied Commander.  His awards include the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Defense Distinguished Service Medal (five awards), Silver star, bronze star, purple heart, honorary knighthoods from the British and Dutch governments, and numerous other awards from other governments, including award of Commander of the Legion of Honor (France).


David Gadhia, C.A.

Dave Gadhia is the Executive Vice Chairman of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Inc., responsible for strategic initiatives, regulatory matters and government relations of Gateway Casinos. Mr. Gadhia has been with Gateway Casinos since its inception in 1992 and was formerly its Chief Executive Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and has served as a director of numerous private and public and non-profit companies. Mr. Gadhia has been awarded the Canadian Gaming News' Outstanding Achievement Award and the Business In Vancouver's Top 40 Under 40 Award. He is a director of the Canadian Gaming Association.


Harlan Goodson

Mr. Goodson is an attorney and former Director of California's Division of Gambling Control. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the implementation of California's Tribal-State Class III gaming compacts. Mr. Goodson's biography was published in the 2000 edition of Who's Who in American Law and in 2002. His work earned him international recognition when he received the International Masters of Gaming Law inaugural Regulator of the Year award. Prior to forming his own law practice, Mr. Goodson was with the national law firm of Holland and Knight, LLP where his practice concentrated on Gaming Law and Gaming Regulation and Governmental Affairs. Prior to being appointed to the position of Director of California's Division of Gambling Control, Mr. Goodson worked in the California State Senate as a legislative consultant for Senator Bill Lockyer. While serving as a consultant in the state legislature, Mr. Goodson drafted legislation in the areas of criminal law, correctional law, juvenile law and insurance law. Mr. Goodson has been an adjunct law professor teaching classes on the legislative process and statutory interpretation. He has been a national speaker at conferences, symposia, law schools and before
governmental bodies on the subjects of gaming regulation, Tribal government gaming, and Tribal-State relations. Mr. Goodson is a member of the California State Bar, the International Masters of Gaming Law and the  International Association of Gaming Advisors. Mr. Goodson has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court in Sacramento, California.


Daniel Sebag, C.A.

Mr. Sebag is a Chartered Accountant and is a specialist in the areas of cost management and financial reporting systems. He has extensive academic and corporate experience in accounting and currently oversees the Company's financial reporting, treasury and compliance functions. Mr. Sebag joined Amaya in July 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. With a 10-year background as a faculty lecturer at McGill University, he led executive seminars in accounting and finance at its International Executive Institute, including the Directors Education Program and the Advanced Management Course. He has also taught advanced accounting to students in the McGill MBA and Chartered Accountancy programs. In addition, he has acted as a consultant to several multinational companies including Bombardier, Ericsson, Transat AT and Air Liquide. Mr. Sebag is the former President of Computer Enterprises DS Inc., an information technology consulting firm.
